My practice is grounded in creating safety to process and validate the emotions arising and the importance of self-nurturing and self-inclusion. I firmly believe that healing is not linear and does not have to happen alone. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Gestalt Psychotherapy, exploring the present moment, with a focus on somatic engagement—processing the sensations within the body.
Having supported individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and processing grief, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. Regardless of where you find yourself in your process, I am here to sit with you, and hold space even in those places that feel daunting, painful, or overwhelming. I understand the feelings of shame, isolation, loneliness, and hopelessness that can arise.
I offer a sanctuary to explore and sit with the multitude of emotions that may emerge, without expectation or judgment. I trust in the intrinsic capacity of individuals to grow and heal. Empowering clients by guiding them to access their inner resources. Supporting them in slowing down, fostering a connection with their bodies and trusting their intuition.
